FMG Solomon Brad Tailings Pipeline

Performed excavation to prepare for the installation of thrust blocks supporting a 450 mm diameter steel water pipeline. Installed formwork and reinforcement, then poured concrete thrust blocks while accurately suspending holding-down bolts in alignment with survey marks. Utilized an excavator to lift and position 600 mm diameter steel pipes onto the secured clamps, ensuring precise alignment and stability. Completed the works by clamping the pipeline in place, conditioning and placing backfill, and installing precast pipes and head walls in the designated areas.
